We would like to give an update on the Estate Matters for your kind attention.
CPR & AED Certification Course at Thomson Three
A CPR and AED Certification Course will be conducted at Thomson Three at the Dining Rooms on 27 April 2019 from 1.30pm to 5.30pm. It is organised by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Resident whom had registered their interests to participate at the Management Office are requested to be punctual for the course. Please contact the Management Office to provide your full particulars if you have not done so.
The following incidents were reported:
Block 45 – Stack 21
– Dog’s howling is heard daily.
Block 45- Level 21
– Dog furs were found at the lift lobby and main doors of other units.
Pet owners are reminded to exercise good habits in keeping their pets and not cause inconvenience and nuisance to your neighbours.
No Entry of E-Scooter and Bicycle for Food Deliveries to Thomson Three
To prevent accidents at the estate, food delivery personnel riding e-Scooter or bicycle is to park at the designated area near the guardhouse and deliver food to the units with effect from 15 April 2019.
High-Rise Littering & Other Concerns
The Management has received continuous feedback on the following, at the respective locations;
1. Litters found at the perimeter of the block
– Block 45
Residents are advised to dispose of their rubbish at the designated rubbish bins located at the lobbies and around the estate compound.
2. High rise littering at the balcony area (cigarette ashes)
– Block 43– Stack 14
For hygiene reason and for the safety of others, residents are reminded not to dispose of items out of their balconies and windows.
All residents must demonstrate respect for one another and for the community as a whole in order to promote a harmonious community living environment for all.
