Please be informed of the new bicycle management policy implemented for the Estate, effective from 1 September 2019.

  1. Bicycles placed in the common areas may only be parked at the bicycle racks found at Basements 1 and 2, on a first come first serve basis.
  2. Non-bicycles (e.g. prams, strollers, scooters, luggages, grocery trolleys etc.) will be removed immediately without notice.
  3. Bicycles placed at the bicycle racks are to be properly maintained (i.e. no rusty bicycles, flat tyres, fallen chains etc.) – poorly maintained bicycles will be assumed unused and will be removed immediately without notice.
  4. Personal mobility devices (PMDs) and scooters (electric and non-electric) are not to be parked at the bicycle rack.

Routine bicycle inspections will be conducted as follows: –

Every 1st Wednesday of the month

  • Inspection of all bicycles in the estate and a 2-week advisory notice will be issued to bicycles parked in non-designated areas.
  • All non-tagged bicycles and other non-compliant objects will be removed immediately without notice.

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month

  • Removal of bicycles placed in non-designated areas with an expired 2-week notice to a temporary holding area.
  • Disposal of all unclaimed bicycles placed in temporary holding area for more than one month.

We kindly urge residents to comply to the above bicycle management policy, so as to allow residents to have a pleasant and uncluttered living environment for all.

The Management has received feedback from residents that there were cigarette butts, cardboard boxes and other litters found in front of their private enclosed spaces.

For cleanliness and healthy living, please ensure that affiliates of your unit and yourself do not discard any items from the windows and balconies. High-rise littering poses a risk to neighbours of the lower floors and may also cause potential damage to the property.

We would like to request all residents to be safety conscious and refrain from littering.

Please be informed that with effect from 1 August 2019, M/s A Best Security Management Pte Ltd will no longer be providing security services for the estate. We are pleased to inform you that security services have been taken over by M/s Henderson Security Services.

We look forward to a smooth transition and a pleasant working relationship with M/s Henderson Security Services to deliver a service of safety and security to our residents as well as maintaining peace and order in the estate.

The Management has received feedback from a resident about urine found on the steps to block 45, near the roundabout. Initial suspicion: dog’s urine.

For the estate cleanliness and health consideration of residents, please refrain your pet from littering and urinating in common areas. And if your pet urinates or poo in common areas, please clean up the areas.

Please also refrain your pet from urinating on the greenery of the estate as the urine is harmful to the greens.

We earnestly seek your cooperation to maintain a clean and healthy living environment for all residents in Thomson Three.

If you have any feedback on estate matters, please contact the Management office at Tel: 6481 5246 or email: thomsonthree.ma@gmail.com. For any emergency matter after office hours, residents may contact the Guard House at Tel: 6481 5491 for assistance.

Thank you.

    National Day
    August 9
You know you are witnessing the lead-up to the country’s National Day when the island starts turning a particular shade of red and white—largely from the flags fluttering from buildings, houses and even cars. The little country that could Singapore’s National Day Parade narrates how the city achieved independence amid severe doubt it could survive at all. The Singapore story is well known—how it achieved independence in 1965 amid severe doubt it could survive at all with its tiny size and severe lack of natural resources. Yet the island succeeded against the odds, deftly navigating its way through stormy waters of domestic turmoil, regional strife and international politics. It made use of every single advantage it had, emerging on the world stage as a major commercial hub, financial centre and global player—in short, the little country that could.
