Residents are not allowed to place items such as shoes, baby prams, and bicycles along the common corridors, lift lobbies and basement parking areas for the strata houses.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force requires common areas to remain obstruction free for an easy access to firefighting equipment and a smooth evacuation during an emergency.

To prevent the risk of fire hazards in the estate, residents are required to remove items placed in the common areas immediately. Advisory Notice(s) will be issued and pasted on items found at the common areas. The Management will not hesitate to take further action to ensure the compliance of fire safety codes.

The Management has received continuous feedback on the following, at the respective locations;

1. Pouring/spraying of water off the balcony area

  • Block 45 – Stack 20

2. High rise littering at the balcony area

  • Block 45 – Stack 21

For the consideration and safety of others, residents are reminded not to dispose of items off their balconies and windows.

The Management has received constant feedback on the following, at the respective locations;

  1. Playing of piano, shifting of furniture and audible footsteps between 10pm to 7am the following day, on weekends
  • Block 45 – Stack 17

Residents are reminded to keep their volume down after 10 pm daily. There is a tendency of the amplification of sound especially when the activity levels are low at night.    Please consider to close your windows and doors to keep the volumes softer for your neighbours.

In order to promote a harmonious community living environment, all residents must demonstrate respect for one another and for the community as a whole.
