Q Why do I have a Temporary Login ID and Password given to me by my Condo Manager?
A

The Login ID and Password are issued to all owners and tenants of the condominium so that they can access the portal for the first time. You will then be asked to change your Login ID and Password to what you want to use.

Q What can I do with my Temporary Login ID and Password?
A

You can log-in for the first time using your Temporary credentials and after that you will be asked to update your information and provide a new Login ID and Password. You will then need to click on a verification link sent to you by email (on the Login ID you provided not the temporary one) and log-in again using your new Login ID and Password.

Q Why am I unable to Submit the form?
A

The Update Credentials form is smart and only allows you to submit it once all fields are properly filled out. Otherwise, the SUBMIT button will not activate.

Q I cannot log-in using my temporary Login ID and Password - what's wrong?
A

Please type in the Login ID correctly. Please also note that the password is case sensitive.

Q I cannot log-in using my new Login ID and Password - what's wrong?
A

You may have failed to set and/or verify a new Login ID and Password. Please log-in using your temporary credentials or make sure to check your email for a verification email and click on the link provided there. Otherwise, please make sure that you’re typing the credentials correctly and try again.

Q How can I log-in if I forgot my Login ID?
A

1. Click on the LOGIN button beside the menu
2. Click the “Trouble logging in” link
3. Choose “Forgot your Login ID” and type in the mobile number you provided on the portal
4. If it is a match, the portal will give you the beginning of your registered Login ID to help remind which email address you used for the portal

Q How can I log-in if I forgot my Password?
A

1. Click on the LOGIN button beside the menu
2. Click the “Trouble logging in” link
3. Choose “Forgot your Password” and type in the Login ID you provided on the portal
4. An email will be sent to you on that Login ID where you can click on a link to reset your Password. Remember to check Spam in case you do not find it in your inbox.

Q I have gone through the Forgot Login ID and Reset Password process but I still cannot log-in - what can I do next?
A

If you are still having trouble with logging-in you can contact your Condo Manager and ask them to reset your Login ID and/or Password for you. You can change your Password to a confidential one afterwards in the Profile page.

Q How can I change my Login ID and/or Password without using the "Trouble logging in" link since I'm still logged-in?
A

You can change your Login ID and Password to a new one by editting them on the Profile page.

Q Who has access to make boookings online?
A

Each Unit will have will have access to only one account to FastBook™. Non-resident Owners will not have access to FastBook™.

Q Why am I unable to make or change a booking?
A

Different condominiums have different rules for booking so there can be a number of reasons you are unable to add a booking for a specific facility.
1. The facility is fully booked
2. You have exceeded your quota
3. You are banned from booking the facility
To be sure, you may consult your Resident Hand Book or contact your Condo Manager

“No, the portal is abosolutely free, thanks to our sponsors. The Businesses that can be found here: Thomson Three pay us a small fee each year to advertise their products and services. Often at a special discount for the residents of your condo. Your information is NEVER shared with ANY advertiser. You can view their listing and contact the advertiser if you want. That is your choice.
